Intimacy is the magnetic and energetic flow between two souls that bring Delightenment or Ecstasy.  To develop Intimacy there must be personal clarity first.  I mean the cleansing of the emotional, mental, and spiritual parts of ourselves.  This ‘soul cleaning’ is a way of creating ‘space’ within your being.  By clearing the pain and misperceptions about ourselves and others, we can really start to ‘show up’ in more meaningful and authentic ways.  The clearing literally creates space that allows Light (Spirit) to penetrate our personalities and to extend into our relationships with others!  This is ‘Delightenment!

When two lovers individually do this kind of clearing and healing; they are so much more available to each other at heart, mind, and soul levels.  This is Intimacy!  Now they can fully ‘connect’ without ‘contracting into each other.’  When we are not feeling ‘full within ourselves,’ we tend to pull on others for what we think we need from outside of ourself.  This ‘pulling’ literally creates ‘contraction’ in love relationships.  Instead of growing bigger through love, we contract, pull, and develop ‘expectations.’  Neediness is a major turn-off.  This is the beginning of the end of real love!

Real love and Intimacy are all about containing yourself, meeting your own needs, and then sharing all of that juiciness with your lover.  When your ‘cup is full,’ then you can dribble some of your nectar all over your lover.  It is your personal responsibility to maintain your fullness by balancing your life and releasing your pain.  If you take this responsibility, you can never be the ‘victim.’  You can never blame someone else for what you do not have yourself.  This is true empowerment and this is the foundation of Ecstasy.

Today’s blog is all about ’the duality of GIVING and RECEIVING.’     GIVING is the masculine energy and RECEIVING is the feminine energy.    The BALANCE  between these polarity is very important. 

If you only GIVE, you will eventually become exhausted.    If you only RECEIVE, you are living a ‘selfish life’ and you are getting ‘fatter’ all the time.   You are meant to be a CHANNEL of energy and that means INPUT and OUTPUT need to be balanced!

This issue is really about SERVICE!  In these current times of economic challenge, it seems that many among us have put SERVICE on the ‘back burner.’  Since we are all part of the great ‘collective unconscious,’ it is essential that we are sensitive to the needs of our greater family of humans.  I personally feel that you need to determine who you can best serve and do it.  If you are helping in this way, it is also best not to be worrying about the others that we can not help.  Worry really depletes your own vital energy and actually sends out static and problems to those we worry about.

Balanced GIVING and RECEIVING in love relationships develops INTIMACY with your partner!  INTIMACY is the foundation for experiencing ECSTASY.  INTIMACY increases sensuality, receptivity, and encourages the experience of expanded sexuality.  When you feel safe and connected, you can really relax and go so much deeper with your lover!

WHAT IS TANTRA?

The mention of the word ‘tantra’ evokes strange responses from people. They often look at you with a little grin, some fear or even judgment. Maybe they say, “you’re talkin about sex, aren’t you?” People are confused and often afraid to simply ask for clarification about tantra and what it really is. If you research the word, you will find answers like ‘sacred sexuality or sacred union in partnership.’ That’s all a part of tantra and that doesn’t really explain it for so many people.

I am Dr. Vito Hemphill and the founder of the ‘Inner Tantra System’ and ’90 Days To Ecstasy Programs.’ For me, tantra is a lifestyle (a way of living and relating to the world around you). My work focuses on the inner masculine–feminine matrix that literally creates externalized reality. This article is intended to help you understand tantra so that you can fully comprhend the goal of my work. My intention as a facilitator is to help others to achieve more intimacy and ecstasy within themselves and with their partners.

Let’s talk about sexuality and it’s connection with spirituality. Many people agree that the current direction of spiritual growth is toward ‘multi-dimensional reality.’ We live in what we think is a three dimensional world where we accept ‘time as a constant.’ In other words, each minute is sixty seconds and all minutes are of equal length and therefore, time is predictable. You get what you expect from the nature of linear time perception. But, what if time was variable and sometimes time pasted faster than other times. For instance, when making love, you might look at the clock and be completely surprised by what you see versus what you expected the time to be. You can ‘loose track of time’ when you get really involved in something or someone you love.

Multi-dimensionality is being explored by science under the heading of quantum physics and yogis have known about the multi-dimensionality of meditation for aeons. Shamans use hallucinogenic plants to go into multi-dimensional states for healing. There are many ways to go to the ‘edge of reality.’ My opinion is that the purpose of going to the edge is to learn how to see and function multi-dimensionally ‘all of the time.’ So, situations that allow us to experience multi-dimensional reality are our teachers. If the goal is to function from a place of conscious multi-dimensional perception and action all of the time, then we better practice.

Perhaps the most over looked multi-dimensional portal to connect to Source without any dogma is tantra and tantric sexuality. Tantric sexuality is the engine that builds the power for your energetic body to function better. This means better reception from Source and better output to everyone in your life! Healthy tantric sex is an ‘energy generator.’ If your sexuality is like this, you will feel stronger, more relaxed, and vitalized each time you make love. Then, you start to understand that ‘tantric life’ is not just about sex, but is about the ability to be intimate and vital with everyone because you are having ‘stellar energy generating sex’ with your beloved. Your love relationship needs to feeds ecstasy into your entire life experience.

Ecstasy feels the same as a great orgasm. The only difference is that orgasms usually last for less than one minute. Using the art of tantra allows you to orgasmically connect to Source for twenty-four hours everyday. Ecstasy is full on prolonged connection to Source that is often experienced as orgasmic joy, bliss, samadhi or nirvana. Most of us have experienced this state of ecstasy for at least a few seconds during a sexual orgasm. Practicing tantra helps you to stay in the experience of ecstasy for greater number of hours each day. One normal tantric lovemaking session may easily last three hours. The goal would be to continue to experience that heightened ecstatic state after leaving the bedroom. This is how tantra is really a lifestyle not just sex.

Now, let’s say that you are living with more ecstasy for more hours each week. What are you going to do with that energy? I would suggest channeling the increased vitality into your creativity, work, and interpersonal relationships. I am talking about more emotional, mental, and spiritual intimacy with life. This is all about a greater depth of connection which is non-sexual except with your partner. Tantra brings intimacy because you are more relaxed, sexually fulfilled, and energized by the way you make love to your partner on a daily basis. Again, this is how tantra is a lifestyle.

Inner Tantra is a system that builds intimacy and better communication with everyone in your life. Inner Tantra is about seeing how you use both your masculine and feminine energies in your life. Through this increased self-awareness and great inner balance, you are able to make more conscious choices about what you are creating in your relationships. You can experience more ecstasy!

The fine art of true connection starts within you. You have to be intimate with yourself. You have to be willing to be honest with yourself and even willing to be wrong to shatter your old patterns that are not bringing intimacy into your life. Patterns of victimization, self-righteousness, fear, anger, lack of healthy boundaries, powerlessness, projection of past pain into present reality, and so many other wounds keep us from truly opening our hearts to real love.

Your pain makes you believe that real love is unattainable. As long as you believe in your own limitations, you will continue to limit your reality. As you release your old limitations, you will attract more clarity than you can imagine. Whatever you focus on gets bigger. So, as you become more conscious of your own hidden beliefs and expectations, you will see how you have created all the situations of your life. As you become more impeccable with your words and thoughts, you will have a more ecstatic life. Your dreams and intentions will manifest most effectively when you consistently hold your entire focus on what you truly want to create.

You are responsible for you what you create. Most people create their lives from the unconscious and subconscious wounds that they have lived for many lifetimes. Even the pain of this life alone makes most of us believe in loss, lack of love, betrayal, and distrust of the world. Most of us have experienced a lot of pain and that pain has validated our negative belief systems. Those negative beliefs create more loss scenarios that further validate our experience of victimization. This pattern can be healed by seeing how the negative attraction system operates. Once you see your limiting beliefs you will want to change them. This is the Law of Attraction and it always works. By knowing yourself, you can consciously make choices that attract a reality of more love and intimacy.

The greatest relationship challenge is intimacy. To attract intimacy in relationships, you must first learn how to be intimate with yourself. This means being willing to see all of yourself in a bigger perspective. Once you learn new techniques to see your deeper patterns and intentions, you can apply the same methods to better see your partner and anyone else using your new lens. By seeing yourself and the others more clearly, you will be able to make more positive and conscious choices to create healthier relationships that will revitalize your life and bring more you more prosperity.

The desired outcome of all this transformational inner work is to experience as much ecstasy as possible within you. Then, you can share that ecstasy with your partner and everyone else you encounter everyday. Ecstasy can be defined as ‘a state of blissful union with Source.’ Your actual experience of ecstasy attracts more ecstatic people and situations into your world. The idea is to maintain the ecstatic state for as many hours as possible each day. The state of prolonged ecstasy then becomes your reality.

We are each made of both masculine and feminine. When we bring a healthy balance to our love relationships they will bloom into a fully ecstatic celebration of intimacy. Take inventory before the eclipses come to clarify and purify your reality. What needs to go in your life? What serves your highest soul desire? What do you Intend to create (or had you even thought about it)? What do you really want for the next six months of your life? Co-Creator or Victim?

You may have forgotten how powerful you are! You may have forgotten that what you focus on gets bigger. You can remember your Power of Intention. The ability to focus your mind on what you want and then to get it through repetition of positive thought/action with consistency of focus and through alignment with Spirit. The Kaballa says, ‘Dissolution is the Secret of the Great Work!’ In other words, you need to die to be reborn (XVI).

OK, lets say you die and get rid of all this heavy stuff, then, where do you go from there? That’s what you have to clarify by the second eclipse. What you clarify that you truly need for your Highest good is your ‘goal for the next six months.’
Then, form an action plan to obtain your goals. Regularly, monitor your progress to see if you are moving in the right direction.
